IN THE CREEK

Decided to head out and photograph the recent snow storm we had of 4-5 inches. One thing that I really look forward to on these winter days, is the peace and quiet on the trails, to avoid the chaos of everyday life, to leave me with my thoughts and the beauty of the outdoors. While snowshoeing, I came upon a pedestrian bridge that I wanted to photograph, to photograph the bridge and Eakin Creek West in its purity. In order to keep the winter scene pure, I ended up going through the creek to cross rather then using the bridge, keeping any image I take looking pristine. While in the creek, I took a few moments to admire the beauty of winter and photograph the bridge with Eakin Creek West. I must have stayed in creek photographing and admiring the beauty for about 10 minutes before leaving and climbing up the creeks bank. (686-3476)
