What to Expect
We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. During busy seasons, please allow additional time. You'll receive a confirmation email when your message is received.
Common Questions
- Orders: For questions about an existing order — shipping status, address changes, or cancellations — please include your order number in your message. Cancellations must be done within 24 hours from the order to ensure the stop of production. Once an order has been shipped, an email will be sent to the email address provided indicating the day of delivery.
- Editions: Curious about print runs, edition sizes, certificates of authenticity, or availability of a specific image? We're happy to share the details. Edition sizes are only 25 prints. The Certificate of Authenticity will be mailed to the address provided within 90 days of delivery which includes: title of print, limited edition number, the medium used and the photographers signature.
- Framing: We are no longer offering framing at this time.
- Licensing: Interested in licensing an image for commercial, editorial, or personal use? Please describe your intended use and we'll provide licensing options and pricing.
