AMERICAN MINK

These american mink are fun to watch. I had noticed this mink about fifty yards ahead moving from one side of the river to the other. I decided to move back a ways and set up my camera along the river where there was a small path that he was using. I waited for just the right moment and took a few shots before he stood up to investigate what the noise was, which was the motor from my camera. He then took off within the surrounding bushes for cover. It had been an exciting encounter to have seen and photograph this little critter.  (404-51)
