REFLECTIONS OF A COLORFUL MORNING

This morning I decided to head out and photograph the storm clouds in the park that were coming through the area. You can usually get some pretty dramatic looking cloud patterns from the thunderstorms and that was my hope this morning. With my camera gear and tripod in hand, I reached the trailhead before 5:00 am. After photographing the dramatic early morning storm clouds for about a half hour, I moved on towards Wildflower Lake where the colors began to come alive as the sun broke the horizon filling the lake with colored reflections on this June morning at Wildflower Park.
